Q: What is the difference between Rigid Box and Folding Carton?
Folding Cartons are made from flexible cardstock (like toothpaste boxes) and ship flat. Rigid Boxes (like iPhone boxes) are made from thick greyboard, do not fold (unless collapsible), and offer a premium, sturdy feel perfect for luxury gifts.
Q: Do you offer eco-friendly or recycled paper options?
Yes. We offer FSC-certified papers, recycled greyboard, and soy-based inks. We can also engineer 100% plastic-free packaging solutions using paper pulp inserts instead of foam.
Q: Do you provide templates for my design?
Yes. Once you confirm the box dimensions and style, our structural engineers will create a free custom dieline (模板) file for your designer to place artwork on.
Q: Can I order a printed sample before mass production?
Yes. We offer pre-production samples. Note that sampling for rigid boxes with complex finishes (like foil/emboss) has a higher setup cost than digital print samples due to mold making.
